Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Pay Range: Commensurate with experience and education
Primary Responsibility: RSM is responsible for managing and directing all consultative & other value-added technical sales activities in order to increase sales and implement strategic corporate directives within the specified geographical region. All activities must be completed in compliance with ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D certification requirements.
- Identify Target Accounts and generate strategically appropriate (NBO’s) New Business Opportunities.
- Manage and direct technical sales strategy with IMS assigned Manufacturer Rep Organizations.
- Capable of learning technical knowledge of SMD electronic components.
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
- Comply with certification requirements, IMS procedures and policies.
- Ability to travel ~30%

BS/BA in business or related field of study preferred. 5+ years experience selling OEM product.
