Job Title:   Regional Sales Manager Category: Sales Full Time Pay Range: Annual Base Salary and Commissions General Responsibilities: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will perform a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, working across IMS departments in a cooperative manner. RSM is responsible for managing and directing all consultative & other value-added technical sales activities in order to increase sales and implement strategic corporate directives within the specified geographical region. The RSM will be responsible for working with IMS Inside Sales Administrators and managing assigned manufacturer rep organizations. The RSM is assigned to achieve technical sales and operational objectives by cooperatively training, strategizing, supporting and facilitating their Rep’s technical sales activities; contributing sales information and recommendations to assist with establishing strategic plans and reviews: preparing and completing action plans which include due dates and economic objectives: implementing production, within productivity capacity and ensuring high quality customer service standards; resolving problems (commercial and technical); completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements and implementing changes that result in targeted double-digit revenue growth. Account Manager

Job Title: Account Manager Category: Sales Full Time Pay Range: Annual Base Salary General Responsibilities: Account Managers are responsible to provide initial contact and maintenance of communications between IMS and customers including our representative sales network personnel. The goal of the Account Manager is to work with our reps and customers to effectively maintain existing sales and find ways to increase sales by identifying opportunities for new projects and new customers within the assigned Account Manager territory. Work elements include: Creation and maintenance of customer forecasts Identification of research and development opportunities Analysis of territories for new markets/customers Representative sales support and management Accurate quoting and sales order entry as required Management of Application or Engineering Orders for customer application studies Outstanding customer service Supporting Strategic Sales initiatives as directed Organizational Responsibilities: Focus on Key Account “Assigned by Regional Sales Manager” Stay up to date on SMD technology trends to report to IMS management Identify high potential target account as well as “at risk” accounts to execute action plan Use IMS, ERP (MRP/MES/CRM) systems, with specific attention to those that provide sales tools. Job Title:   Microelectronic Component Processor Category: Production Department This Position is Entry Level First & Second Shift Full/Part Time: Full Time Pay Range: Hourly: $11.60 - $19.00 / hour Primary Responsibility: Position includes handling of small electronic components and operation of manufacturing equipment in a climate-controlled high tech manufacturing environment. No experience is necessary. Ideal candidates are able to use microscopes, possess good manual dexterity and are attentive to detail. Ability to work with small parts and use a microscope is desired.
