N-Series Z-Power™ Terminations

Thick Film High Power Terminations on Aluminum Nitride

Utilizing a tapered resistor body on an AℓN substrate, Z-Power™ terminations achieve equivalent power and improved frequency response when compared to rectangular resistors of equivalent size and are available in traditional orientation as well as in “reverse aspect”. Available with either a precision scrub cut (Z), or as a higher tolerance “fired to value” element (V), the Z-Power™ family is intended for high power / advanced RF systems, or as an alternative to expensive diamond (CVD) terminations.
